    • Go to the website and click on the “Student Registration / Become an Instructor” menu.
    • Fill in the required information, such as your First Name, Last Name, User Name, E-mail, Password, and Password Confirmation.
    • Click on the “Register” button to complete the sign-up process.
    • Use the search bar located on the HOME page.
    • Enter relevant keywords or the topic you’re interested in.
    • Click on the search icon or press Enter.
    • You can also browse through different categories or use filters on the COURSE page to narrow down your search.
    • Navigate to the COURSE page.
    • Click on the particular course that you want to enroll in.
    • On the COURSE page, you will typically find an “Add to cart” button.
    • Click on the button, and you will be prompted to complete the payment process.
    • Once the payment is confirmed, you will gain access to the course materials.
    • Log in to your account.
    • Move your cursor to your icon at the top right corner of the page.
    • Click on “Enrolled Courses.”
    • You will see a list of courses you have enrolled in.
    • Click on a course to access its content and materials.
    • Most courses provide a discussion forum or a Q&A section.
    • Access these sections within the course page.
    • Post your queries or questions in the forum or Q&A section.
    • You may also find the instructor’s contact information in their profile or course description.
    • Go to the course page.
    • Look for a “Course Progress” bar that shows your completion status.
    • Some courses may have quizzes or assignments to track your learning.
    • Once you have completed a course, you can often download the completion certificate from the Dashboard by clicking on the Certificate.
    • Visit the refund policy page on the website.
    • Read the refund policy to understand the eligibility criteria and steps to follow for a refund request.
    • Follow the instructions provided on the refund policy page.
    • If you need further assistance, you can contact the support team.
    • Go to the login page.
    • Click on the “forgot your password” link.
    • Enter your registered email address and click “Reset password” button.
    • You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
    • Follow the provided link in the email.
